  • To overcome challenges with longer silicone neon tubes, it is recommended to use a third-party tool for assistance.

For Tubes Exceeding 3 Meters:

  • To address the difficulty of threading LED light strips through tubes longer than 3 meters, consider using an air compressor with an air nozzle. This setup helps flatten the tube and light strip to prevent bending and potential damage during insertion.
  • The operator at the front end should secure the line to the LED light strip conventionally. Meanwhile, the operator at the rear end can utilize the rigidity of the PCB light strip to insert a section into the inner tube of the silicone neon tube.
  • By directing high-pressure air through the air nozzle towards the inner tube of the silicone neon tube, the internal line will straighten out due to the force of the compressed air. This method allows for easier extraction of the line at the rear end by pulling gently.

By employing these techniques and tools, such as air compressors and careful handling, the challenge of threading LED light strips through excessively long silicone neon tubes can be effectively addressed, ensuring a smoother and more efficient installation process.
